Exercising the Right to Vote

A glance at the candidates contesting for election this year and I knew that had I been in India I would be thinking which one of them was a lesser crook so that a selection could be made.

Would this have been right? Or I should have for fitted my right to select the representative .

The Facebook page is full of discussions in support and opposition to voting,the single wepon in the hands of people.

SO according to me the choice is between the two ,what is worse

voting for a bad candidate or letting a worse one rule by not voting?
